Share only what you choose. Don’t post someone else’s story, and don’t ask people for diagnoses, medications, or clinical history. We don’t store that kind of information.
Be direct and kind. Disagree with the idea, not the person. Promotions and pressure don’t belong here.
If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). If you are in immediate danger, call 911. You can also report a post so an admin can hide it. A report is not a rescue.
